turbo ihi vf38 twin scroll

i need advice and point of view about this turbo , i had it in my hands and i do not know if it will be a great update for a 5E engine.
Exhaust wheel seems to be the same diameter as a td04...
but this turbo is a twin scroll

seems twin scrolls dont work to good on these little engines pointless in my opinion putting something like that on

i do not know nothing about twin scroll , but you are right ,we found this on engine bigger than our 4e or 5e...td04 is the cheapiest way for a good performance
