turbo info needed

first of all before anyone says 'use the search bar...i have but i cant seem to get what i am looking for so hopefully someone can nail it for me..

i am currently running standard td04 with 298bhp(fly) but i am nearing the bored stage now.

my question is... td05 turbo.. a few variants....16g,20g....hybrids... confused.com

my car is more used for the 1/4 more than the road now and i want to know whats best. i know alot of people on about lag lag lag but am i not correct in saying if you drive like you stole it and in correct gear lag means nothing?

its a forged 4e with supporting mods and not planning 5e

thats bloody godd figures for a standard td04..what boost ye running ,it's ok getting more power,but getting it down is the issue(as your probably aware..:)what management are you running...
