WANTED: GT fuel cap latch/release

Mine seems to be buggering me about and sometimes jams so I can't fill up

Has anyone got one? It's the bit at the fuel cap end, not in the car.

I actually removed mine from place yesterday, it's a fairly simple mechanism, I'm going to say it's your cable. My boot release cable is stretched and fucks about in a similar way

I got a set of Davehart I've just remembered, think it's just the boot mechanism tho but both cables and ends

It could be the cable, but it just went from being fine to not working. I got the mechanism out and tweaked it about a bit and it was ok for about a month and then played up again.
Luckily I had my stepdaughter with me last time I had to fill up so I managed to get it open with both of us messing about with it.

Jay sorted me out, got the catch bits today.
Just need more than 10 minutes of no rain to have a go at tackling it now......
