i was in a very similar situation,had house ect,been with her 5 years. i was out of work so went and visited family 300miles away,called me up sayin she doesnt want me ,i travelled back said she would never cheat on me so i ruled that out,...but 'hey' she did 3 times. life can be a real bastard sometimes. but i moved on and got a fantastic gf,just not ment to be.

In the end you have nothing to feel bad about you tried to sort it and fought for it and she didnt. Dont blame yourself for it just leave her alone and concentrate on something you enjoy (eg. your V or music or whatever). Just see your mates have a laugh and try not to feel bad because your not to blame for it.
