Turbosmart Megasonic FTW!!

Mate has one on his 6, dont think he has any stalling issues, sounds nutz too! Another mate has the supersonic on his 5 and it stalls when he boots it up then hammers on the brakes all the way to a stop.
Another mate has the r2d2 on his 6 with no issues but its stroked with gt35 turbo kit, 38mm wastegate and what not, so dont know if that would make any difference?

Is there anything in particular makes it stall Rick or does it just stall when it pleases?

You tryed any of the Forge BOV's?? You can even buy a tuning kit for £20 for those so you can adjust them to how you want.
They have quite an extensive range on their site.

I know someone who had a Turbo XS - Type H-RFL (Really Fucking Loud) on his Sierra Cosworth. He was running around 30psi and people used to swerve off the road when it dumped whilst he was overtaking.

Blow Off Valve Type H-RFL (BOV-RFL) US$189.00
With new and improved styling, the BOV-H-RFL remains true to it's roots - it's still really f'n loud! Like all our valves, the RFL relieves compressor pressure surge caused by changing gears or backing off the throttle and has been used on turbo charged engines running upto 35 psi boost. If you need to ask how loud it is, this valve is too loud for you! Blow Off Valve Type H-RFL comes standard with both a mild steel and aluminum weld-on adapters. Bolt-on kits are available for most OEM turbocharged applications.
