What big bhp figures did members achieved on ct9 turbo set up???

As above lads am interested to know what figures members have made on ct9 turbo,what boost was it running and what mods (exhaust ecu etc) were used so can compare with mates setup to give a guesstimate of what it should make after the remap

examples of 180bhp and upwards please :) :beer: :haha:

there was someone with 200+ i think but i cant find the thread. also dub7even had good result but i forgot what was it..

i have achieved 110kw@front wheels which is close to 180bhp

running stock ct9, custom headers, 2 1/4 exhaust, vr4 front mount and 2inch stainless piping all which i have made. with an external wastegate on 8psi. runing on the wrong ecu (2et) as i was lazy and couldn't be assed doing the full 4efte loom conversion on my ep71.
so there is room for improvement with right ecu/more boost

i got 181 bhp from ct9. with safc & fcd @ 1bar. but mike_ep91 made 186bhp i think


also if the turbo is good crank it up to 1.1bar, with safc or emanage blue etc..... should get more

mine is creeping to 1.1 bar, was mapped at .85 or .9 and and made 180bhp

made 190bhp at 1bar of boost. Blitz cat back. De cat. Rrfpr. Avcr boost controller. 255 fuel pump. Hks actuator. Front mounted air filter. Road runner mailfold. And lots of time on the rollers settin timing and fueling
 
I had 191,5 hp @ 1 bar. with cat and ori manifolds (and slipping clutch), the rest i improved.

right now decat uprated exhaust manifold and ORC.

Your running the CT9 @ 1.1bar? It creeps further than that? Id be chuffed with that result :)

yeah ive been running 1.1bar for sometime now and the oil seals are still holding on somehow lol!

im really chuffed with it mate, really useable and spools at 2k:)

thinking of getting a tongs hybrid soon though.

Sounds good mate. My turbo shat itself when i added on mani, decat & exhaust!

Got a brand new tongs at home & fitting the beast at the weekend. Cannot wait :beer:

hks actuator
gizzmo EBC
air con removed

will post pic of dyno print out later on tonight or tommro with what it achived after being set up to 1bar or boost

got it back and running 203 at fly and 178 at the wheels but still needs going back on the weekend as still needs ajusting to run 1.1 bar and not running 100%. but a good starting point. stand alone ecu to come in month or to

Car has yet to receive proper mapping due to lack of funds.
