Depends what powere your going for mate???

I use the exedy organic as im only running 212bhp, this clutch seems to be fine except at first when it was fitted it seemed to stick a bit when heated up on a good run.

More power requires a stronger clutch like a paddle one

mine was running the same power and a standard clutch didnt last long. As we speak having a ceramic paddle fitted.

im still a big fan of the tried and trusted TRD setup, clutch plate, fly and pressureplate combo. Its the best feel of any of the aftermarket clutch setups IMHO, and takes a fair whack of abuse too, but as ever your torque will have a big effect on its longevity.

yeh i hav stock flywheel and 3 paddle excedy ceramatalic clutch kit (pressure plate, bearing and clutch disc) in n tbh its a good clutch... quite good drivability altho i did hav a trd one in which is practiaclly the same so i dont really have much to compare it to as those two are around the same feel but i have been told they dont last as long as an organic one would as theres not as much contact surface so obv it will wear down quicker.. had it on for around a year now, no problems which ther shouldnt be haha & paid around £300 for it new which is about the same price most sell em for

i orderd the stage 4 competition clutch from east coast customs

if it can handle spuddys mad yoke on laughing gas it can bloody handle our cars FACT:rockon:

i have had a cap paddle clutch and it was perect to drive with ,also a very good price ,would highly recommend

i now have a trd clutch installed and again i would highly rate it ,but if i had to buy again it would be the cap clutch due to the price difference
