what forged rods to use?

Seems like im struggling to find 1 5efhe conrod, so im looking into forged rods,

Now obviously there is pec + scat etc, but ive just spotted these rods and wondered if

a) anyone has used them

and

B) are these both the same rods?

they look the same to me? but at over £100 cheaper than the others it seems like a good buy?!?

do not use pec rods you will have some headache ... and yes they do look the same

pec rods dont do well in toyotas not rated for more than 300 from what ive been reading up on the internet ,stay well clear if looking for some good power from your engine,pauter or scat is the better

I have 5E scat rods from speedvision, for them don't need notching (with ross pistons), and their weight are same as stock 5EFE rods (+3g), so don't need rebalance

They wouldnt refund me if it was the wrong part, even though if its not what i ordered i shouldnt have to pay for it... and id ont have time to be having the argument.

So now im confused, i have people telling me different things, what 5e rods do or do not need notching?

Ok, scat rods are wider and thinner, so maybe I talking about thinner... With stock pistons maybe need notching (I don't know), but for forged pistons don't need, becouse in forged piston pin is in centre (sorry for bad english language ) .

stay away from PEC rods, there customer sertvice is shockingly shit, and the qaulioty of there rods are just as bad
