What is needed for approx 200Bhp? (parts & advice)

Hi guys, Ive a 97 glanza thge engine is standard. Im looking advice for mods to boost my preformace up to 200bhp (If possible!) Can anyone help me by giving me a list of parts that are required to make it possible please? Thanks in advance.:rockon:

td04, td04 mani and downpipe. free flow exhaust, fuel pressure regulator, fuel cut defender, 255 fuel pump, fmic, high temp plugs (iridium gapped to 0.8). and for peice of mind a afr guage and a fuel controller
