After looking at this websites resources below
http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showwiki.php?title=Engine
13101 is the Toyota part number for pistons.

After some googling it looks like 13101-11100 is the part number for the pistons in my engine.
But the site below lists these as non turbo pistons from a 4E-FE?

http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_E_1996_TOYOTA_COROLLA_EE101L-AGMDKW_1301.html

Where as Ivan on Aus starlet says Turbo pistons came with 11100.

I could really do with someone confirming all the various piston part numbers.

The part numbers are different to the one on the piston i have.. ??? they must make a difference!?

The age of the engine doesn't make any difference, OEM 4E-FTE pistons are available in 3 sizes as shown in the above Camskill link.

Part number 13101-11100 was superseded by 13101-11110 and that part number was superseded by 13101-11111. All you need to know when buying new OEM pistons are the size marks of the old pistons, however during the engines life the cylinder bores will have worn and so fitting the same size pistons as the original may not be the best idea, also any damage to the cylinder walls that requires excessive machining could result in a cylinder diameter larger than any available OEM piston.

Why do you need new pistons? What is wrong with the pistons you've removed?

For a belt and braces job, it's best to have the cylinders bored out to accept 0.5mm oversize pistons. Seeing as OEM Toyota pistons have been removed from your engine I would advise you invest in a set of 74.5mm pistons and rings and have the block bored out to suit.
