I wrote all of it mate, I learnt it from looking else where
Like I said it's only estimation, but if you always expect to spool later; it's a nice suprise when you bolt the turbo on if you spool earlier than what you have expected

Mabey so but ive found paragraphs almost identical to yours on the web.
But aye its there as a estimation and to get yourself into the ball park of choosing the right turbo.
im trying to get the gtx2863r at the moment and finding it kinda hard well from england i can get it in america but its the cost of vat and customs duty is mental i rang owen developments who are garrett dealers and he told me it will be a couple of months before i could get it the gtx is a far far better turbo that the 2860At todays conversion, the GTX2863R is £812 without a turbine housing. Have to add shipping on top of that also. Can't see the 2860 being more than this?
my bad i thought it was a gt 2860 just had a look at your compressor map on the last page some good info but could it reli flow 2 bar in around 4200 rpm on a 4e cos im planning on running that turbo the 2863r on a 5e with 2 bar of boost i realy wanna crack 400hpI have noticed that the gtx series are hard to find over here at the moment. I have had trouble searching for them, which is why I have been keeping an eye on ATP website to see what more turbo's garrett release in the gtx series.
I was comparing the gtx2863r and the gtx2860, not the gt2860 Seeing as the gtx2860 is slightly smaller I won't be able to understand if the price is higher than the gtx2863
