whats the best gearbox oil?

my bro put this honda stuff in his s2000 and the gearbox feels brand new its ment to help the syncros work better and smoother its 75w90 so just wondered if itd be ok in the starbo if its the best stuff for hondas

The Honda mTF is a 75w-80 GL4 spec fluid.

There is no "best" gearbox oil, what you have is a choice of gear oils from the top brands. Some like redline, other Millers, others Silkolene and so on.

The best oil EVER is the motul gear ff competition. It really is an extreme oil, i am using it in my dogbox. It is expensive, and maybe not needed for a simple road use. But the hack, after 5000km-s no sign of wear on my gears, and the friction is extremely low.
