Whats the stuffed toys hanging cars all about, never really thought of it but a mate at work told me today it ment that "your up for a race" ?

There needs to be a campaign to stop this sort of cruelty.

They actually used them for luck when running on roads people have died when driving.

They supposedly scare away the bad spirits wandering about.
