whats your view...trd mounts

fitted a set of trd engine mounts about 3 months ago when i first fitted them it was obvious they were very firm... it made the dash vibrate etc, but now they seem to of lost this firm feeling and feel just like standard mounts, do they normally wear out quickly? i dont drive the car hard, think its a bit as they wern't exactly cheap crap, anyone else had similar experience?

i dont think there much different to stock mounts at all.

but they are cheaper than buying stock mounts from a dealer, so imo money well spent.

yeah fair piont, they'r better than my old worn out ones, so all good in a way i guess.

Rubber is rubber in the end, will still deteriorate through vibration, heat, contamination etc...though 3 months is a little quick

I have TRD mounts and you do notice the difference.

I think maybe you have just got use to it I know I have. I do think there good value for money and as said toyota ones are a lot more money!!
