What pipe is he referring to?

On the standard actuator there are two pipes on on aftermarket ones there are just one.

The silicone hoses that you need to connect are as follows..

on the turbo you will see one line out, and on the actuator you may see 1 or 2 lines out.. ct9's sometimes come with 1 or 2 lines out from the actuator..

place one end of the hose onto the turbo itself and the other on the actuator, doesnt matter which one, however you MUST leave one of the lines from the actuator exposes, do not cover them all..

if you want, post a picture of your turbo and i can better advise you.. i'd just edit it and tell you which ones you should connect

dont think it makes much difference but that pipe on my actuator is the one goin to the turbo... to stop dust gettin into the actuator i suggest you run a hose from that pipe on the actuator to the other pipe you can see in your picture (on the efi pipe)
