Which alarm should i go for?

Looking at getting an alarm for my GT but im unsure which one to get,

which alarms are the best? and how much will i be looking to pay for fitting or are they easy enough to fit myself?

not sure on the best but dont get a thatchman hornet alarm, they are the most annoying alarm i have ever had! lol

well just one of the things is if you close the door after 30seconds the alarm arms, even if your keys are in the ignition, it doesnt lock the doors but soon as you open the door alarm goes off. might not sound a bad thing but you wont understand how much you actuly shut your door without the need of locking it unless you have the alarm. and at any car show thers always alarms going off but the one that goes off the most is this one!lol

Thats what ive had fitted to mine recently as ive heard they are the most reliable and effective. I added a further tilt sensor module to the alarm which works very well.
