white smoke after turbo rebuild

Hi im from manila and really need help the soonest time...
the problem is this, for the past 6 months, cloud of smoke coming from my exhaust after every boost. But will eventually gone afterwards..But when i start to boost again, smoke comes out again from my exhaust... lastweek ive my turbo rebuild and installed again. But now, only a small amount of smoke still coming out of my exhaust every after boost and still will eventually gone. What might be the nearest possible culprit of this.. many thanks in advance

could be a poor turbo rebuild or the turbo was very worn so the seals only make it better but dont completely stop the smoke.

are you loosing any oil or water from the engine? have you done a compression test?
