Ideally you want to get it set up on a rolling road to make sure its fuelling ok, you'll also get a power figure to boast about then!
1 bar is really the most you want to run on the stock ct9 as anything above that and its just blowing hot air, putting itself under more stress and not making any more significant power.
Fuelling wise with the rrfpr properly set up it will be sufficient to run at 1 bar, however its also recommended to change the stock manifold as its very restrictive.
