Will a Tial 38mm be enough on a GT30?

Already have a Tial 38mm ex.wg on my current setup. But will upgrade to a garrett gt30 turbo. In that case I'll wonder if the wg will hold. Or do I need to upgrade to a 50mm? Will run 1,5 to 2bar boost.

sorry to thread crash lol i bought a 38mm wastegate on friday with a 0.7bar spring in it then on saturday a tial 38mm wastegate with 1 bar spring in it that i got free with my manifold for my k26 turbo but it was "broke" but all it was a screw inside came out that holds the piston so all fixed now but cant decide which one would be better to go on my car should i start low coz im not used to this turbo and put the tial on at a later date?

Start low buddy, your boost controller can only go up, it can't go lower than base pressure.
