Had a good time. Weather was so bad on the way up to Ace Cafe, but cleared up when we got near.
Apart from getting split up alot, had a good time & good to see there were more starlets than i thought there would be.
My power steering unit fell off though which im pretty pissed off about lol :shoot:

Where did it fall off? lol
Was bound to happen with all the cars but was good when we rejoined.

Well i drove over a dip in the ground (more like a pot hole) & it sounded like my engine fell out lol. The power steering unit was hanging by 1 bolt in the bay!!
Aze_b kindly disconnected it & zip tied it to the side. Fuck knows how that came loose. :homer:
I seemed to have stuck with you alot of the night dude. Didnt your mate in the pass seat get some pics when he stuck his arm out the window with the camera? Or am i thinking of another starlet lol

It happended on the run & only checked it when we finished @ 02 Arena.
Not sorted it yet, it should be cool for the time being, just not gonna drive it lots. Not sure where to get the bolts for it & hook it back up etc.. I need some assistance or just gonna take it somewhere to get done.
Looking forward to seeing the pics from people.

it was alright but although im thankful for the effort that went into organising it thought it was too early and the route wasnt great, please dont take offence to that, its just i personally didnt enjoy driving in traffic for two hours for a couple of tunnels. good to see a good turn out though and were some ruddy nice cars

Same for me really. We caught too much bloody early traffic!! Its too hard not to get seperated with so many fucking traffic lights!!
Wanted a beer at Ace Cafe but because of traffic, didnt have time.
Traffic rant over haha.
I enjoyed it though, need to organise a starlet one for next time.

Well we gave you plenty of time to get there you had 3 hours! Yeah the traffic lights were a pain and some people took on themselves to jump lanes which confused people and why we lost a few (besides me missing a turn on a roundabout as too busy making sure everyone was with us) but on the part the starlets stuck together which was good to see, believe it or not I had biggest part of the route in my sat nav in the car so there was no need to go stupid for the sake of the others or worry about traffic lights ( I had a feeling that would happen, apparently they had slowed down but obv not enough!
Next year I have a plan to organise a starlet one and will be starting the process for that after Japshow + JAE have gone and also after attending a couple of others organised by other clubs to see what is the best way.
