The problem with the s2000's are they have so much power going to the rear wheels and the car is too short wheel based which makes it very difficult to hold if the back end steps out.

i beleive that statement to be untrue.

the only reason they feel skittish is because the backend being so light.

there great handling cars though

according to top gear, better than a z4 but not as good as a porsche boxter

Yea I can't imagine how much attention its going to get once its on the road! as soon as its MOT'd Taxed and insured it will be going for a full respray as the paint has started to fade, Im going for kandy apple red again, and im replacing the front bumper with this little number:

I dont like the bumper thats on it at the moment (veilside vader) as I think its too loud, I have also considered painting the top of the car black like this:

EP82 - (whats your name lol) I look forward to seeing her when she got a new smile!!

I agreee with Ricky the s2k is a very well thought out car I don’t think there is to much power for the rear wheels at all just comes down to how you drive.

Ricky the S14a is a very mean looking car with huge amount of tunning potenstsal but the S14 is equilly and very nice looking car.

Sorry this is the only photo I have of my old 14a I forgotten how mean it did look lol

In regards to the S2000, yes some people have definately had issues with the backend and Honda made some revisions to the later models, but some actually prefer the old 99 suspension setup.

From research and video's the S2000 is a very capable machine in the right hands. It would take months for me to get to grips with it I'm sure, but I would also being going to a driver training course with it too.

Its like the MR2. People always complain about the backends with them, but if you know how to drive them, they are also great machines.

I'm hoping to go on a driver training course for the Evo through the MLR. I have to learn how to drive the Evo properly as I've had the backend at 45 degrees twice now. I'm also have the geometry setup tomorrow as well so hopefully that might help.

Could not agree more Gee, if you have a RWD car you need to be ready for the ass end to step out... RWD is so much fun I miss it now :(
