Maybe she could inform me about the clutch i have been waiting for for a month now aswell.
Last time she messaged me she said my order had been completed and that it is being sent by Initial City Link.
This turned out to be a lie as Initial City Link have no record of a package comming to my address.
Well p*ssed off.

ive still not got a response or received my part.
this has been on going since the first ever group buy for the toytuning engine mounts. thats several months ago! and i still havnt got them, or a reply, apparently it was posted about 2 months ago but still nothing or even a reply email,.

It's sad to see a thread such as this, especially as Toby and ToyTuning have (as far as I know) always had a good reputation, but business is business and you are only as good as your last job.
Fair enough, everyone should be allowed to take some time away at Christmas, but if you shut down your business for a Christmas break when you still have outstanding commitments especially to those that have entrusted you with their own hard earned money, then you will only reap what you sow.
I totally agree with the forum staff team and think the time frame set is more than fair. I don't believe that any business would not check their main sources of sales income on a rather frequent basis, so realistically, if no one at ToyTuning has not recieved or acted on the TGTT admin communication that has been sent to them, then this in my opinion only backs up the admin's decision.
It's seems to be a case of 'I'm alright Jack, pull the ladder up!"

Not a problem.
I 100% agree with Craig, i have every faith in Toby and ToyTuning as most will probally know/see on the forums that all your issues will be resolved in time.

Was aimed more at the customers/latest forum members who havent read a bad reply about TT or maybe dont know as much, to keep there confidence with him

Shame its come to this, I hope Toby does get things sorted out, at the end of the day they have admitted to taking on way too much work in 2008 and also I think toby predicted the website would be 1/10th as popular as it is...apart from shutting the site down there isn't much more they can do until they sort the back log out.
Personally i have nothing bad at all to say about them, yes the service standards need to improve.. but they have already said they will this year.
Some people do jump on the bandwagon with threads like this..
For those with outstanding orders I have every faith that you will get your items or refunds.
Just give them time to sort it out.. a single day deadline seems a bit harsh espcially when you havnt spoken to Toby directly today
