Fear not all orders will be sorted we have records of everything just with Martina in and out of hospital she couldn't complete them as normal. Please don't worry we would never just ignore an order they always get completed it's just the time frame that has slowed down. No one needs to worry, at the end of the day you have worked hard to buy these parts and we will supply them regardless I just wish we could have recovered sooner.

All correspondance will be answered by the early hours of tonight and if you need any more help just fire a questions across via email and you will get a quick reply as most are finding out today.

I am glad to see members are being sorted out.

Toby please send me an email once you have contacted all members.

PS: Martina did not have to say you were in hospital all she had to do was say there were going to be delays. If you had access to a computer to make changes to your website while in hospital then surely you had the ability to update your customers.

Sorry to hear about your crash hope you recover well, but think you should lighten your work load for 09 or employ some extra staff to cope with it.

About to email you now Dylan, I didn't have internet access which was the main problem so I made all the amendments offline. We have been up since very early so I will contact you now.

Thanks for your understanding this will be the last, I've reduced a huge amount of the workload so this won't be happening again.

Its hard to say it could've been avioded, you cant predict whats due in the future. The most important thing is that you've noticed the problem and fixed it :).

the most important thing is not to happen again! as im sure this had a negative impact on his business!
