its good to see the mods looking after the members

the funnyest thing i find is

there prices are not exactly cheap

if it was my company id be on here all day long replying to evrything

and when so many people are buying off them imagine the ££££££ there making

id of been on here christmas day replying to people

ive read the whole thread and 1 guy has waited 7 month from a group buy

a GROUP BUY ! ! !


he has no excuse what so ever for this as its not something that he would have just forgotten about


people have even txt him etc and he still hasnt replied

it seems like he dosent giv a toss

why cant all the traders be like dane

evritime i ask him a question he replies near enuff strait away thats what you call a trader !

Hi all,

I have assured the admin team that all correspondence will be made by this evening. I was in a very bad car crash in December when we decided to get everything back to normal, I made all the amendments to the website in hospital and now I am home we are dealing with the emails.

This is the last of these threads we can assure you I just haven't had much luck of recent. All emails are being replied too now and I hope we can put this behind us and move on to a more productive 2009. The longer I sit here and type the less I can get on with so I sincerely apologise to anyone that was effected and hope you can find it in you to forgive me for my stupidness.

I've just recieved an email now off Toby, and he's stated that he was in a bad car accident in december and has only just returned home. Maybe this will help with the situation. Going to reply now.

We just didn't want to make the situation worse by saying I would now be in hospital for three weeks two days before agreeing that we would get everything sorted. A few members visited me in hospital so hopefully they can give you an idea on what a mess I am in. It would have been the last straw, I just simply didn't want to make the situation worse but it hind site maybe we should have said something. It's effected me in a big way and I am determined to get us back on the map so please give me the chance to resolove this situation as the last thing we want is to close for good.

Martina was with me in the car crash also except I wasn't wearing my seatbelt hence she was only bruised, I know it stupid and I've learnt me lesson but this is why Martina has not been on daily. I don't want to go into it but I'm lucky to be here. If I had been wearing my seatbelt then I would have never been in hospital so it's a hard lesson to learn.

I am truely sorry everyone, really am.

I am sorry we didn’t get back to you sooner but we were closed from the 24th Dec to the 5th Jan (today). In regards to your order I can fully understand you no longer need the items so I will refund you the full amount back on to your card. I am just having a few issues with the log on, for our card transactions, but I should be able to do the refund in the next couple of hours, at the very latest first thing in the morning. We are going to be working all night tonight so as soon as the refund has gone though I will email you and let you know.

In regards to your order 4994, I will be dispatching this for you tomorrow, so you should receive it in the next two to three working days. I will update both your order’s and email you when they have been completed.

ok fair play you have had a crash . thats now . but that is no excuse for your lack of customer service skills . i have only ever wanted 1 item from you i have never brought any thing from you before . i see that you were going to break your demo car so i call first dibs on front strut you say you can't first come and all . but you were going to list it next week which would have been the 20/10/2008 so i checked every day that week and the week after for about 3 weeks then i gave up and stopped checking i do have a life out side of the internet . i try'd to email you but no reply so that was the end of that . then just out of luck i have a look on here the 18/12/2008

9 weeks after you said you were listing it in 1 week i see the strut brace for sale no contact from you nothing . very disappointed with your service .

Sorry to hear about the crash, hope you have a swift recovery.

Fact is though guys, people have been having problems well before December and the crash came at a bad time and made an already bad situation worse.

Everyone will have correspondance by this evening and we will use January to compelte the remainder orders so that come Feb there are no problems. DJ I know where you are coming from it's just very hard to keep tabs on who wants what from the demo car as we get a lot of requests but can appreciate it's frustrating.

toby glad you are ok buddy.

Would it be an idea for members who are awaiting orders to post up their order number on here - waht they are waiting for and confirmation of you of the resoltuon ie when its being sent etc.

that way new members, existing members and staff can see whats outstanding and that its being dealt with.
