not realy bob!! a bad setup 5e against a good setup 4e with a ct9 is not slow by anymeans!! infact they pull brilant...vick i no your not finished your car an its only boostin to???.6 or somting is it? but as for you not caren about any 4e over 300bhp..lol @vick wat bhp you gona be? wel when your finished ya no where i am..call up youtube for all to see..haha

Think it was just the drag strip part Ted was talking about, I'd obviously have to agree, a CT9 is going to be all over a TD05 on a twisty back road where your not up in the revs so much.

Don't think a TD05 motor could keep up in that case to be fair. The 1/4 mile is a whole different story.

we where talkin straightline stuff lad,not backroad.
but obviously a wel setup td05 would destroy any ct9..in this case it was the 4e ct9 pullin past the 5e td05..td05 on low boost as far as am aware an not setup properly..

well lad when i get mine mapped i won't be worrying abt any 4e over 300bhp lads
n the setup ll be good setup aswell at least mine ll be driving everyday nt sitting in garage haha:haha::haha::haha:

Animals right though, a 4E or 5E doesn't matter, a 4E is more than capable of destroying 5E. The 4E would rev alot higher and alot safer than a 5E, the 5E prob would make its power further down the rev range.

They each have some advantages but a 5E defo aint the be all and end all.

There's going to be alot of egos dinted in the 2010 drag season and prob by cars they have already written off even coming close to them i.e. 4E powered cars.

I'm fully expecting an asswhoopin at some stages lol!

its down to the driving lad if you have the right setup on a 5e it will do any 4e starletsure look at alfradio nocking out 12s in his 5e ct9 setup,

dont think so, daily driver, just hope having a wee run at it, and getting beat by faster equipment and better drivers wont give me the drag addiction lol

will have to get up and see you for a wee run in your motor some night ted, maybe sort something with the shifter too.

@spuddy will the MR2 be ready for next season?

If it's dry u can use my spare 888s.

The outting in Feb is usually a practice with no points and snow

The MR2 will be running in March prob around 300hp, April 360hp and July on should be 500+
