    Miss fireing?

    i had a hks FCD. i had it on too high a setting and caused it really lean. im not clued up on the JAM ones tho. maybe if it get wired in wrong it could have same effect? worth a check. try disconnecting the FCD and see if the problem goes away. thats how i figured out it was mine

    possibly. can u see inside the boot? maybe some crap has got in there. i had a annoying vibrating noise for a while. only did when driving. turned out to be the dipstick holder came loose and was ratteling . worth a quick check. jus give it a wiggle see if there any play in it

    this happened to me. i took the cat off at the turbo end then removed the exhaust and took it off as a whole unit. i then used a hammer and chisel and hammered the shit out of the nut along one edge till it broke in half the knock it off and get urself another nut. they are a strange thread...

    not totally sure about the standard one but i made 200 bhp with a rx7 top mount ic. can pick them up on here or ebay for pretty cheap IMO a under rated cooler by many people

    as above. also dude u can pick up mildsteel manis cheap 2nd hand on here in the parts for sale thread. or buy a new one from a trader on here. both options are much cheaper then a engin rebuild

    seen this happen many a time. the standard mani was the cause. i ran mine at 1.2 bar on a hybrid. 200bhp. never had a problem. i drove it hard.

    is it the standard actuator? it could be that at fault mate, starts to give way as the pressure builds on it. the ct9 is renound for running out of puff abit higher inthe revs eg 6k plus so could just be that
