sounds like rings to me if you ask me as when you full throttle the PCV valve closes and crankcase gets pressurized a little with blowby gasses, and when the pcv valve re-opens, it sucks everything and you burn oil after releasing throttle

I tried using the match bot to suit it to the 4e, not enough cfm for it to run within the efficiency range even on the 6255/6258 turbines. It's just a little bit off and I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be much difference in terms of feel and performance I haven't matched a 5e though

Got the alu rad, still overheating. It got worse and found out that the block was warped. Slapped on a metal headgasket and it was still overheating. I will be downsizing the condenser i guess

sounds like you got abit of piston slapping during cold start. As the engine warms up the pistons expand(expands much more than stock pistons as the forgies are aluminium). The machine shop probably gave it more piston to wall clearance for this, hence the rattling when cold start.

how bout going for a borg warner EFR 6258? Spools faster due to Titanium Aluminide turbine wheel, holds boost longer, and gives better power :).

thanks guys. Fabricator said this was one of the most time consuming manifold ever to be made by him as there was space constraint, etc. The turbo itself was braced to the block to avoid any cracks. CT1b/9 hybrid. The last time I was running on the stock mani, it baked and cracked the hood...
