How do they test the battery? Just put voltage through it??
Sounds like battery not holding charge, it will still work when car is on because the alternator will send 14v through it.
Check it with another working battery or preferably a new one.

The screws on hold the air bag in.
You need to be bit patient with it and pull the air bag towards yourself and undo the screw at the same time. Do a bit at a time on each side and you will start to feel the airbag becoming more free
I ordered mine from viper performance. As you can order with different size on each side. So you can get the perfect oil return.
Also order 1-2mm smaller so it would be a tight fit
Take it to a formula one garage and get them to check suspension geometry setup.
They will only charge you if they adjust something so have a look at what they say and go from there
I suspect that what some of the others have said is right. The top mounts according to the pictures that you have put show that your running maximum camber.
I had the same and turnt that mount 180 degrees and it was spot on when Formula one garage checked it for me.

^^ but what your saying already exists. its called a airbox and a lot of turbo cars have them.

for a turbo its about compressed air on the intake side, so you want to keep the area the before the intake small as possible without being restricting.
shoterning the intercooler piping might help.
take the clear plastic casing off the cluster and spin the rpm gauge round to 7k then let go and see if it fluctuating in speed or getting stuck on the way back down. might be a little dirt or somehting
