    Hi guys and gals. Got a problem with idle, engine management light keeps coming up when you get to 60mph or around 3K rpm. logged code for air temp sensor which has been replaced still fault there. any ideas i think broken wire or circuit problem? any contribution welcome and im fairly sure...

    check the coil and ignitor, mate had this problem and coil cured it. coils break down when they get hot.

    hi guys think ur find MT stands for manual transmission..... and 75-90 is the one you want (ford stuff will be fine its only a viscousity rating like 5-40 or 10-40 oils) toyota use castrol

    yeah it helped me out but i also have had a blocked rad cost me £170 with large trade discount for a new one non genuin rad will be same as above p.s listen to dave was a good link...... bare in mind just because temp gauge reads mid way thats not the normal operating temp give it a drive for 5...

    you might loose those gears(not be able to select them) so idealy dont want to let it get that bad. Labour cost wouldnt be too bad to get out but its the recon that will sting you

    off the top of my head its 3litres ish .... 75-90 oil toyota use castrol. Remove the drain plug from the diff/by the n/s d/shaft after draining it, put bung on diff back in and fill until it starts to dribble out the one on the front of the box (sorry which you also need to take out)

    i wouldnt want to attempt it i have been putting mine off for a year now and i still dont fancy taking the box housing off... and i work in the trade.... lol prob is you may find more than just that needing replacing

    it should be fine for a bit mine catches from cold but once warm doesnt, its been doing it for a year now with no problem if you havent done gb oil cheange give it a go i was advised at work to do so but no luck with mine as for time wise just gently select otherwise it will let go quite quickly

    its a bit like an imbalance in a road wheel, you can get no wheel wobble at 40 but 50mph you might then at 60 it may have gone again. I wouldnt worry unless its really bugging you i took my heater box out whilst my dash was out not an overly nice job to attempt hope its put ur mind at ease
