ok thanks John, Also does anyone know what tells the ecu to idle faster when you turn the A/C on, as my starlet doesnt change idle speed when you turn A/C on or off? maybe it thinks that the A/C is on all time and thats whay the idle is so high??

ok i'll check which one is the sensor to check, there is two i think, one will do the guage wont it? and the other will do auto-choke?

How come when i start my EP82 GTT from cold it idles fine, then when it gets warmer it idles even higher? what could this be? anyone got any ideas? ive screwed the idle screww right down and still idles quite high!

anyone know where i can get the rubber coolant hose that goes from the back of the water housing on the right hand side of the head and bends 90 degrees round and joins to a metal water pipe which goes to the back of the water pump? or maybe get it sent away somehwre and a new one made?

i have a ep82 gt turbo andmy heater fan only seems to work on the lowest and the highest speeds, the two middle speeds dont seem to work. any ides??

my gt turbo idles around 1000rpm once its got warmed up, but when i first start the car on a morning it not too bad, but once its warmed up then it gets higher! The idle screw is wound right back so its not touching the throttle linkage and there doesnt seem to be any air leaks from the inlet...

Hi, think my ep82 gtt has a leak from the radiator, im just wondering if an ep91 n/a 4efe radiator would fit my gt turbo?

yes there is a small buld in the back of the heater control just under the wiring connector, i could get a new bulb from anywhere so had to modify a different dash bulb to fit but all works fine now thanks guys.

yeah i will take it off and have a look sometime for the bulb, is it hard to get to the bulb?

anyone had any heater matrix problems with thse? how hard is it to get the heater matrix out?

hi guys, i have an ep82 gtt. when i put the interior light onto the *door* setting the interior light just stays on all the time just as it would if you turned it to the *on* setting. Ive tryed un-screwing both door switches from the body so that they arent even earthed and it still stays on...
