hi, have recently rebuilt the top end of my car. took the head off as the gasket was faulty. whilst its been apart i have replaced the valve stem seals. also i have has the head gas flowed, put and aftermarket manifold and decat on and a trd rocker cover- so better breather system aswell...

hi. have been looking at a few threads about torquing cylinder head down. am bolting mine down tomorrow and all threads have come up with the same torque settngs 22nm 44nm 90deg doesnt seem all that tight to me which is why i ask? also i dnt understand why stage 1 and 2 are both 'nm'...
