3SGTE 4wd glanza?

Wee John has done this conversion,he made a starlet 4wd using the diff of a gt4 if im not mistaken,and then wired in the gt4 ecu,but still runs a 4efte engine,so he might be the best man to ask about this conversion

Seen a Evo powered wide arch ep82 looked the TITS.. Would love to do something like this but it would cost so much money and thats me doing all the work...

I've seen this...
But it weighed just 200kgs less than a standard Evo RS model. Pretty pointless IMO. Why not just buy an evo, and spend all the money you've lost building this car loosing 200kgs.

Wee John started with an EP85 and transplanted a forged 4EFTE into it. He is running a TD04 with this setup and the EP85 running gear is all stock.

No celica parts have been used mate.

The most logical way forward is a spaceframe coupled with an EP body..

i have just bought a 3sgte engine to do my little plan with my bro

were going to do it together and its probably going to take a year or so..but the end result is going to be amazing

haha you know how crazy i am dan!

dont worry we may end up 4wd or somthing different..this is the original plan though..
the car is going to be strenghend etc...we will probably modify most things on the car as the chassis isnt that strong as standard..

ye drifting was a bit of an odd one..could be a bit different..would be nice to see the quater mile times on this though as the engine would be over the wheels that have the drive going to them!

as i said..its a project.if it doesnt work o well..can use the 3sgte engine as a non turbo to turbo conversion for a customer if it goes tits up..

think ive got a glanza too..which ive got cheap cos the engine is buggerd!
