Hmm..

Seems like a TD04L Glanza would rape one. Oh well, not all about straight lines :D

You mean the Civic should of taken the win?

Ps. Please keep it constructive people, WE DO NOT want another Honda vs Toyota and the thread being locked.

Still looking for feedback.

How about an EK9 K20 conversion with a supercharger bolted to it. The EP's chassis is not even comparable to an EK Civic.
A supercharger will give a K20 the torque you are looking for without the downside of a turbocharger.

It's a no brainer if you've got the cash to throw at it.

Hey Texx,

Thanks for you comments dude.

It will be a slow progression. Drive in standard form for however long while saving for the conversion.

I guess like you say, if I am still not satisfied then I could force induce it!

I agree with what your saying about the chassis, a lot more R&D put into the handeling and just the suspension setup itself is superior.

I guess a supercharged K20 would be a lot faster than a TD04L Glanza and would also have the handeling advantage also. Not to mention the build quality a lovely interior.

Hmm..I need to do some thinking.

i really like ek9s,very nice cars.
but i cant stand ep3s but, they are a wandery old bastard of a thing, the k20 is a good engine though.
but vtec delivery isnt as fun as on the b16 and b18.

Below is a dyno graph for a K20 with a Jackson supercharger. It's for an RSX TypeS most likely something like a K20-A4, so wont show the full potential of a K20-A2, but just look at the difference in power delivery, not peak performance.

Not definately yet mate.

Enquired about one today, guy never answered the phone so I left a message.

Not sure what I would do yet..something on the lines of turbo charging, B18C or K20. Very, very distant plans mate. Would be slow progression.

Need to get a ride in one first before I make my final decision. Need to know if I can handle the loss of boost, but a lot of gain in other departments.

nice cars so they are.my mate had an ek9 before and had an eg k20(which froshtyv owns now).if you were ever in ireland im sure you could get a spin in one, good few around the country i think.would you be holding onto the glanza too??if it was a choice between the 2 i would keep the glanza, the k20 is quick but not that quick i feel, but could be made just as quick though but would take alot of money.
