Anyone else got one of their fmic's? I'm popping pipework on a daily basis and am starting to get really fucked off with it. Anyone else experience the same? Why did they shell out to have Autobahn88 stamped on their jubilee clips when they could have used that money to provide us with quality clips instead? wankers. :flame:

It really winds me up. Why bother putting shit clamps in their kit, knowing full well people with have to replace them.

well apart from popping from boost, the engine may be moving alot due to warn mountings thus streching the silicones & causing them to pop.

do the pipes have a raised lip @ the end?? thats the norm on any piping.. if not im sorry to say thats not good quality is it...

Yeah the pipes are lipped mate. Just pants clips. it takes nothing at all to over tighten them so they ping open. gonna have to replace em with something better.

i had the problem too, one of mine popped off while going along and one of the pipes dragged along the road at 50mph!

i went to screwfix and got 20 jubilee clips for around £20 and i have had no problems whatsoever since.

yes mate, mine kept poping of the 1st pipe off the turbo, just replaced it with a decent clip, the rest seemed to be okfor the moment... Enright82

Same old same old, ou buy cheap you get cheap. They couldnt get everything right not at the price they are selling for. I suppose once you have the proper T-Clamp Bolts you will be sorted.
