Bad Tuning Company in Kent

First off apologies that this is in the wrong section

Basically never even think of going to this 'company' for anything... l ordered a blitz nur-spec from Stuart back in February along with a boost controller, hks sqv and hks fuel cut... was told it would take no longer than one week for these items to arrive, nearly two months later and the boost controller, fuel cut and sqv finally arrived, still no nur spec... countless phone calls later and we get to the point where we think it's in the uk and somewhere along the lines it's gone missing... right so now we get the the point where l want my money back... for four months i've been waiting for a refund from this guy and countless times he's apparently tried to put the money back on my card each time asking for the account number and security code etc no doubt each time writing these details down and losing them... l have e-mails from as far back as the 28th of feb asking for this refund!!!
The refund has now gone through... he's paid £420 back into my account, l immeadiately questioned him about this amount saying l paid £530 for it... he goes ring anywhere in the uk and their £420... yea add the vat onto that and you get £599.38!!! plus the amount he charges to provide the service!!!

A very good friend of mine who was very good friends with Stuart actually went into business with him and got a lot of work for Stuart on friends cars and members from a local car club in the kent area over the past year. Stuart has not paid him for approx 6 months labour, remember this is a friend he's messing about now... my friend also fully rebuilt a renault 5 gt turbo engine for stuart as this was'nt his specialist area kinda thing, my friend has not been paid for this whatsoever.
He's also sold cars to customers without telling them he's taken parts off before the customer has collected the car without them knowing he's taken them off. He removed a set of k-sport coilovers off a 200sx he sold without telling the buyer, as well as telling the buyer the head gasket had been changed which it had'nt and also boost pipes were'nt connected properly...

Basically feel free to disagree with me if by by some miracle you've had a good experience with this guy but you'd be best advised to steer well clear of this guy and his sham of a company... and yes l have got in touch with trading standards to recover my outstanding money

Sorry this is in the wrong section but this needed to be told!

You haven't actually named the company from what I can see?

At any rate I feel that constant breaking of promises does not a good man make. I hope you get some legal advice and your money back without too much trouble.

Maybe it's called "bad Tuning Company"? This thread is useless without more info.
