near exact thing happened to me bud last year and it doesnt matter how many times people say fuk her she doesnt deserve u ect. it doesnt make u feel any better, and it never gets better with time but u do learn to live with it. i lost 2 stone in three weeks, couldnt sleep the works. but 1 thing to remember is never rise to the bait hold ur head high even if u dont feel like. sometimes things are just out of ur control. and even though it goes round ur head a million times u just need to deal with it. here have a freddy on me:freddy:

your going to end up forgiving her and just forgetting her. this hasnt happened me but me and my gf of 2years broke up and one week later she went off with someone elso so i knocked the fella out and dint speak to her for a yr and a half and then i realised thank fuk im not with her anymore and got sick of not talkin to her and then began to talk to her again and realised how dry and zero craic she was. now im going to go off with her best friend the next night i see her out

we were talking the other night about it over a few beers and he said that there is absolutely nothing any one can say that makes any of it better, he just went out a lot and tries to think about her as little as possible,
also he said it's this sort of time you find out who your real friends are.
