i know this is an old post lol but having similar problems here

i have an oil leak resealed the sump like 3 times renewed the gasket on the turbo oil feed pipe checked the dipstick area no sign of leak from there, so only thing it can be is the crankshaft oil seal (which makes it worse as its new from when i done my forged build only done 800 miles) but i done it with the engine out and couldn't remove the oil pump so managed to pry the old oil pump off enough to lift the crank out and my engineers got it off the crank.

now this time i cant get the bottom pulley off can this pulley slide over the woodruff key or does the woodruff key have to be removed first before the pulley can come off ?, i have a 3 legged pulley puller thats s**t to big to get the legs behind the pulley :mad:and when i tried it first time the threaded part tore the first thread for where the crank bolt goes :mad: raging is not the word i had to leave it at that before i set it on fire.

cheers for any info guys ;).
