Ive gone from a glanza to a ek9 and never regretted it. turbo's are brilliant but v-tec gives a whole different kick, they are both amazing machines and would love to have one of each!

I know for sure a standard roadgoing ek9 will not do 0-60 mph in 5.7 secs as I remember reading somewhere it was a stripped out racing version that did that they do mid to high 15's from the ones I have seen on a well prepped track at Meremere I even remember seeing a best motoring video of one doing a mid 15 sec pass and those guys know how to drive.

If I had the money I would go for a blacktop turbo in a starlet soliel and keep it stock looking lol

What are you talking about?
Read the link on my last post. are you confusing 1/4 mile times with 0 to 60?

I have had three B16's and one B18 and VTEC cars are very good, if you know honda tuners and have experienced tuned honda cars with their superior handling as well you cant really ask for much more. There is no doubt that Hondas handle better than starlets. Although starlets can be fun on boost and a lot quicker a turbo honda is leaps and bounds ahead of a starlet. I would recommend the Hondas to more economicsal practical drivers.
