I seen an Evo in a car mag that Mr Mercer had been working on, he had fitted carbon doors, roof, and wings. He might do you as deal lol.

I dont know if the car needs to road legal for most events or not, but you could consider loosing a few lights front and rear, a single wiper conversion and thinner or just plain smaller bumpers could shave a bit of weight off.
