Gonna have to bail out folks, slept through the alarm and I still feel drunk. Really wouldn't set a good example if I set out in this state on 300 mile roadtrip.

Everyone please drive safe and have a good one, I'll try to attend the next event.

fully understandable everyone, its still pretty slippy out there.

Ill be down there at 2 as its only a couple of miles from where I live so if anyone arrives ill be in the scruffy white glanza come and say hello :)

Well I drove down at 2:15 and there was no one there... nice big empty carpark, great meeting spot but not much use without any cars :)

I then was faced with a dilemma... go home or wait for people who might arrive. Being the kind soul that I am (and having nowhere else to be), I waited.... and waited. Finally in the murky distance Mr Gryzor arrived in his lovely silver Glanza. Shortly after Mr Derek arrived in his fantastic looking Scoob. We talked about life and... death... (really we did) and then left when the sun started going down.

Given the weather it is understandable that people didnt travel, the weather service are advising only to make journeys if absolutely necessary.

We agreed that a meet towards the end of May would be a good idea and I am going to try come up with a few ideas for a decent venue.

I took one picture as I braved the cold....

A lonely start to the meet... (is it a meet if you are there alone?)

thats proper hardcore dedication right there :haha:

the weather did affect the turnout big time, but as you said a meet towrds the end of may or throughout the summertime would be sweet.
