He has the right to voice his opinion on the matter, this is after all a public forum. He was just exersizing his freedom of speech.
I too feel concerned that this has not been sorted yet, it does not send out a good message for TGTT.

In defence of TGTT, theres not much that can be done by the staff, as said many times above mate, the only details TGTT have of these members are a rough idea of area and an email address.
Its more a case of Fishy and Rob having no morals and manners, its daylight robbery and insult imo. It sickens me that they have been online and not even had the decency to reply to this thread or PM's.
Instead they have x amount of £'s belonging to someone else!
I know for certain they are aware of this thread as i sent them a PM with a link to this to try and help out.

This is a bit out of hand now, to go this long without refunding the mans money or supplying him with the parts that he has paid for is a bit of a joke. It seems pretty obvious now that he has no intentions of making the refund or supplying the parts as it has been so long and even more so since he is active on the site and is just ignoring pm's etc.
Even though some think that it reflects badly on TGTT, i can't see what else the mods can do about it at the minute, i mean the guy was believed to be a trusted seller from past transactions but obviously now this has happened, all the mods can really do is ban the guy from the site or from selling but as someone has already said the site is one of the only means of contact with him.
Personally i think all that can be done if he is not going to be banned is make people aware of this situation and maybe even refuse to post in his threads, although that would be pretty hard to get the whole site to do. haha.

why should i be ashamed? this matter has nothing to do with me, ive only been contacted by the buyer a couple of times, which was a while ago..and ive replied to his messages. I cant see what else i can do tbh.

i agree. there seems to be no logical reason to why this hasnt been resolved other than he just cudnt give a shit. i certainly wont be buying off him lol. aint there sum kind of further actions u can take? cus hes basically stolen ur money and is now ignoring u.
edit: robSR if u have been in the knowledge that ur brother clearly hasnt sent the parts and has taken payment 6months ago ur every bit as bad
