About time

Glad something is getin sorted but fed of these silly Excuses.

Before this actual post av had 2 other members also pm me for details who have also been stung by fishy.

I paid fishy for parts in jan 09 an only recieved half of the deal i paid for,stil up to now not had any info of the guy,I dnt even want the part or money refund but i would rather let Chachito have it to cover sum funds back.

Really Chachito should get a refund after all the trouble his been put through.

the way i see this is this man paid for his lights, which according to fishy he had, why are they only being shipped now if he paid for the shipping, fishy is 100% wrong & maybe if he just admitted it & gave the guy a refund, but he seems to be acting incredibly childish, ignoring pms etc, just my opinion. :confused:

Now I'm really getting sick of thisbelieve me I will not leave this like this I will do something about it. It's been almost the whole week still nothing about the part not even a notice about them.

What a f*cking douchebag this guy is. He is a thief, nothing but a lowlife thieving scumbag. Absolutley outrageous that he has stolen this guys money. He has broken the law. He has also openly admitted on the forum that he has taken this guys money and not sent the parts. I am pretty sure that evidence could be used against him if you went down the legal side of things.. I'd save this thread before he gets the chance to delete his posts.

As far as I am concerned this Fishy guy is down there with the lowest of the low in todays society and as soon as this is resolved he should be banned for good.

I would contact your bank chachito and notify them of a fraudulant transaction. Goods paid for but not recieved etc. You may get your money that way

Tried that but bank told they cannot do anything cuase it was a money Transfer:(

And worst thing is he told all of us that he will be sending the parts out this monday but still nothing not even he hasn't come online
