Right having my GT setup at 1 bar tomorrow and just wondering what power you think i'l make.

Greddy Power Extreme 1 Exhaust
S/S Decat
Autobahn Manifold
RX7 TMIC
HKS Actuator @ 1 bar
FSE Fuel Pressure Regulator
JAM Boost Cut Controller
Magnecore Leads
NGK irridium plugs Heat range 7

it should be good to 157 to 167bhp, you need to dyno it of course...

so is it the top mount thats keeping him from 180bhp range or the stock EFI pipe?

I would say the top mount, I have 175 with FM.

I still have the EFI pipe so its not a huge amount of differance

the top mount prob wont stop him hitting 180bhp if it has cold air passing through it.

i pulled 160hp, with the stock mani and cat, and the tmic never got any cold air at all.

so i'm quietly confident, that if the tmic got cold air and i removed the restrictions i could have hit around 180.

when my car was being dynoed, the tmic was as hot if not hotter than the engine, you couldnt touch it, i swear i could have cooked a full english on it. and the tuner burnt his hand on it which made me chuckle lol

it was running so rich, i dont think it would have. but unfortunately i'll never find out, shame really.

someone else has the engine in there car now. and so i hope it makes good power with them.

to the above statement, the engine was freshly rebuilt and had 1500 miles on it.

135BHP ATW

Thats a pretty good result both atf and atw, but torques a bit low isn't it? I managed slightly more running 0.75Bar...wierd!
