you might consider a TD04l or K24 turbo kit (with manifoild and downpipe) if you want to archive easily 200+

I heard there was an issue with the auto and fmic / also will this add extra lag.

If not I have a huge intercooler sitting at home not doing anything, and for that matter a very large turbo, probably both too big to do anything with though.

you dont want an intercooler to big cos of lag, wepr fmic's i beleive fit with autos.
