Someone with a bit of common sense :)

I think that if your saving for a house and then to emigrate you should buy a cheap diesel!

Leave the luxuries for when your settled down.

As above, run a diesel and save loads on fuel.
From the cars your looking at, you wonr be saving much, especially when you have a house to pay for, not just the mortgage re payments mind. ;)

Dc5's are quicker than dc2's in my opinion having owned a dc2 and driven a dc5 numerous times id say the dc5 is quicker. Also far better as every day car imo.

What about throwing a short box in a DC5?

Seems looking at the stats for it, that it's got longer legs than the DC2?

Nahhh im not doing that, im not trying to get a car to save money... Its a way i see to have a nice car and a house asap, like i said my mates will be paying my mortgage pretty much, by the time i go abroad ill have enough money in the house so anything else i have is just a bonus.... Im on good money for my age so i want to treat myself.

Nahhh im not pratting about like that its not going to be a modified race car its a fun practical daily drive.

wat about an S2000 seein as its a honda, a coupe, and absolute qualiity...

rear wheel 2!

I wanted either an M3 or S2000 originally matey but insurance was a killer on both of them.

Fair enough you want to treat yourself, but having a house isnt just mortgage re-payments.
Council tax, bills etc etc.
Fair enough your on good money, still doesnt mean you will be able to save :p

I wouldnt rule it out just yet. ;)

But from the cars you have pointed out - DC 5

the point of this is i dont really need to save its just a bonus if i do :p

When it comes to move abroad ill have about 30k in the house (which in effect my mates have paid for) so ill be selling that, whatever car i have then, everything in the house etc...

And i know i have council tax, bills etc but when i have other people paying my mortgage thats alot of expense out of the way!

Plus our lass will have some money saved up by then too.

Diesel is ruled out totally my friend lol.

350z would be my choice from that lot,

the only issue is that a lot can happen in 4 years and no one can predict the future, so is a 2 seater car the best option???

EDIT: werent much help that was it lol
