It's a fuel controller basically from my limited knowledge. There are a few more units you can add aswell to control other things, think Jay has the full set. Its pretty old skool technology but still cool as fcuk
Type FCON into the search on here and you should find plenty of mentions. It's a piggyback fuel controller with switchable maps. Bit of a vintage JDM tuning item but could be useful depending on your needs.
