Thats fine mate and as I said it is a small minority. All I am saying is to say that they are whiter than white isnt true, so thats why I can understand the muslims protesting against them as all they will see is the headline of their innocent people being killed. We would do the same in their position so who are we to judge just because they are muslim doesnt mean they have no rights. For people to come on and say narrow mineded things like people have in this thread is what annoys me. If you read my posts they all say that the soliders are very brave and all say that a few people in the forces are scum bags who commit these innocent killings etc. And the reasons behind why there is so many troops over there is Americas and the UK's fault for getting greddy for money and oil and that is a fact. Its not the troops faults but the fault of the political leaders like George Bush and Tony Blair etc its all about money which is hidden behind terriorism.

these protesters will take any opportunity they get to further their cause.
All I can say is thank god for these troops because soon we will need them in our own countries to fight off these protesters when they get the call to rise up and try to take power.
And to those that were out protesting... if they feel that strongly about things go to the middle east countries and assist the people there or stand up and protest when acts of terror are carried out around the world... no they wont do that because they only have one agenda and it is NOT PEACE!

Yeah I agree with you, it was just when you brought up the alledged stories, as there was no evidence behind them as I have mentioned earlier the 'news' companies are out to make money and dont care about the consequences. Like-wise, too many stories are also being made labelling pretty much ALL Muslims as big bad terrorists, when in actual fact based on my experiences they have been some of the nicest people I have met. Yet all these stories are doing is alienating the British muslim population even further and maybe even making them feel more related to those fighting our troops over in the East. I mean how are they supposed to feel 'proud' to be British, or even British at all if stereo-typical stories are constantly being made about them in our newspapers etc portraying them as evil?!?!

they may have been a couple of insidents with prisoners (taliban) who were miss treated!when it all first broke out!but that was only a hand full of insidents which all were delt with! but i have never heard of britsh men rapping muslim women while there out there or going out to kill children.

im not sure what would be best, at the minute the Uk economy is holding up slightly better than ROI but maybe its just better versed on "putting a good face on a bad job"
NI and ROI welcome non radical hard workers, polish workers rather than muslims, not that there isnt plenty here just not enough to survive if they started a war. thats just as per what i noticed myself.

Have a read of a book called sniper one it is about the war in Al ammarah in Iraq. true ... and I think people from the UK should look a bit closer to home... nobody forced your ex-PM to get involved he is as responsible as anyone else.
I think all concentration should be shifted to domestic security and let those in the East go back to their dictorial ways. Hopefully alternative energy sources will be here pretty soon and then the middle east can go and F off.
At that stage our security forces can concentrate on the domestic threat these people pose and rid our democratic world of such extremeists.

as somebody that lives in luton im was actually imbarressed to see this everywhere, i cant beleive these people are so desperate to disrupt everything that they would do this, i think they need to take a minute and think of what are soldiers-police-nhs-inland revenue and the country in general are doing for them and then take a good look at themselves.
