it has been a long time since ive driven the glanza properly as we have the Z3 now. maybe i will fall in love with it all again if i start attending shows again like kelly said and using it more often. the other problem is that it doesnt feel fast enough anymore. so, if i start tuning it more, ill have to wait longer to get an evo!

Personally I had got as far as I wanted to get with the GT. Although I still love it, it has it's limitations in my opinion such as the brakes and handling. Also I'm getting old and I do worry about the safety of a GT in an accident, it would just fold up in an accident. The Evo addressed all of these concerns for me and it was the natural progression for me to make, plus I have now fulfilled a 10 year dream.

what boost you running now? 1bar seems to a 'safe' figure and just make sure it isn't mapped too close to det etc and you'll be reet Mike@TD.co.uk

get it forged and wack the boost up
But in the end of the day it will be harder to sell if it has a forged engine as youll want more for it.
Also if you were selling the glazna why not sell the td04 kit and try and replace it to stock, would probally be easyer to sell and get money for the bits

I'm glad I got shut of the Starlet when I got the Impreza, sooooo much fun Just pretty thirsty on juice and insurance was a joke which was the main reason I got shut. Also wanted something I felt a bit more confident working on too

200sx, the engine bay's a much nicer place to be than the Impreza one. Only done about 50 miles since July though

Nothing to do with reliability, It's been off the road while I done a lot of work to it upgrading parts etc

i personally think you should keep it,it is one if the nicest Glanzas on the site ,it has never given you any trouble,cheap petrol,you know the engine is mint ,if you feel the car is to slow ,you could sort out some managent ,and up the power to 1 bar of boost,this would give you a nice increase in power,also you could forge it and really use your tdo4 to its full power,what ever is going on in the starlet scene that is annoying you,ignore it ,you are your own person and no one should put you off your car,at the end of the day its your choice ,you really have to right down the good and bad points about the car ,and weigh out which is better for you
