Thats Kev's own business. He plays no part with ToyTuning at all and is not held by there actions, he was paid to build engines. Simple.

I know he has no part in TT mate. It's just that I had a car imported over that is meant to be at Kev's having MOT done, just wanted to know if anyone knows him personally or lives close to go round and see if it's there. Hearing all this stuff is making me rather nervous about if i'm actually going to get my hands on the car or not.

Brought just the relocation kit off them and planned to buy my own cheaper filter, and waited 3 months and it eventually came with the filter :haha:

Wow, If anything they would do it for free to save face. As others have said sounds like he's trying to squeeze out every last drop.

If its done through Kev mate, youll get the car without a problem. I speak to him on a regular basis and keep intouch ever since my engine was built, just wanted to make it clear he was independant as some didnt know and assumed he was part of TT

It was all done through Toby, with the car meant to be going to Kev's for service and mot etc. Next time you speak to him could you mention to him if he's currently got or had an white silvia s14a in off Toby. Just to put me at ease! Would appreciate it

just wanna let peolpe know, Toytuning are back on the straight and narrw and i have full confidence in them, iv just spent 540quid on all different bits and bobs, recieved them within 4 days with nothing missing, i also ordered something else from them last onth and recieved that within 3 days.

Iv spoken to toby myself and he has assured me everything is fine again, he was one of the best traders and iv got to say, possibly the cheapest trader aswell IMO....

He has now got a new workshop and has answered everyone of my replys.

I really do think that he is totally on the straight and narrow and will be trading with most of you again....

just look at his prices compared to others..

To clarify, the staff of TGTT have been informed on several occasions by Toby himself that his business was back on the straight and narrow. He continuously screwed it up after saying this.

The member above is entitled to his opinion however the fact is that the staff of TGTT who have hosted a trading forum for toytuning for a very long time were forced to remove him from this site due to him continuously breaking promises.

Knowing the facts and the history, it is everyones decision who they purchase from so be informed.

"the big mishap" - issues have not just happened once. they have happened many times and were not mishaps they were very poor service and intentional ignorance toward customers. This was something that was 110% avoidable both the first time, the second time, the third time and the fourth time.

It is great to have all the traders we have on the site now so I have no need to make a very risky purchase from toytuning.com

While I'd be wary of buying from Toby for a wwwhhhiiilllleee.... It's nice to see him back up and running, I always liked him and he was always really helpful.

I'd obviously be pissed off beyond the point of forgiving him if he'd messed me around for as long as he's messed some folk on here around for, I'd like to see him up recover what he can from his business - Competition is always a good thing and Toby was an excellent guy for a long time, not just supplying parts but engines and cars too.
