Why would it get locked? This after all, is a public forum, and people can post what they like.

Did anyone find out what and why toby ripped people off after setting up a web page being a registered trader aswell? i dealt with him a few times a while back and his service was top notch and no-one at the time had any bad experiences either. was very helpful and seemed genuine aswell. its a bit strange

i think it just got to busy for him TBH has he was developing parts while havin the website and bein on here which he was doin on his own untill he employed martina but i think it was just to late then tbh.

i dunno if u can get hold of trading standards and get his number has all u do is text the phone safe number and wen he texts back its his actuall number that shows ;)

says it was posted 5 days ago... so he still has internet access and he is still alive but just not bothering to contact the members he has ripped off.

His actions are a disgrace. I am very surprised no one he ripped off has taken legal action against him to be honest. I still cant believe he has the nerve to treat people the way he has, the truth is he couldnt care less about any of his customers. If you are owed money sue the idiot.

I think it is great that people who have had no dealings with him but have heard all of the stories about the people he has treated like shit actually speak out and keep reminding everyone not to go near Tobys business with a barge pole. I bought stuff off him in the past without issue and I bought stuff again and had issues. His service is CRAP... his business is CRAP... EVERYONE!!! and I mean EVERYONE should keep reminding new members and less informed members that toy tuning have left many members still waiting for parts and still use their venus fly trap of a website open taking orders from badly informed people.

People who defend or support toytuning are far worse than the people you speak of Dan, then again there will always be people who have their noses up the arse of traders - its pathetic.

Im with you here mate, ive had dealings with toby in the past and he helped me out when a parcel went missing so ive no problems with him personally, but if hes ripping people off its way out of line and like you said people need to be reminded.
